WHAT IS FOR?

Thanks to hydraulic rams, it is possible to demolish concrete structures without water. Absolutely noise, dust and vibration-free jobs!
This equipment is the ideal solution for demolition jobs of: crane bases, plinths, rocks in foundation excavations etc.. ;
It’s a cheap solution that allows you to demolish a structure where demolition with dry cutting is not possible because of huge structure thickness or where diamond wire would result too expensive.

USE

manometro divaricatori Drill Ø 200 mm holes in the block to be demolished. Insert hydraulic ram in the hole. The ram is connected to the hydraulic box through high pressure hoses. The box is powered by a 400 V three-phase Voltage with only 2,2 kW and 10 A max. absorption; it is supplied with an hydraulic booster (1:25) and it can reach 2000 bar max. hydraulic pressure.

By turning on the box, two hydraulic pistons will come out from the ram; with the help of one or two metal plates inside the hole, between ram and material, the pushing force will cause the wreckage of the material. The hydraulic pistons will push with a max 250 Tons force, enough to break the concrete and obtain a total stretching or breaking of the reinforcing iron bars inside the concrete. Possible remaining reinforcing bars can then be cut with a blade cutter or blowtorch.

Standard Equipment

The complete system will be delivered directly to the customer or sent through a forwarder, in its own packaging and together with all the stuff needed to send the equipment back to us at the end of the rental period.
The equipment consists in:

- 1 Hydraulic box
- 2 Hydraulic rams
- 2 High pressure hoses
- 2 Low pressure hoses
- 4 metal plates
- 1 Operating instructions manual
- 1 complete wooden packaging: with pallet, side rings and cover
- Belts for wooden box fixing and closing
