Mapex has been producing and selling diamond blades for controlled demolition for over 20 years and offers to the operators of this field a full range of professional tools for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete and general masonry.
The range consists in a series of brazed blades in three different typologies:
SPV15 for wall saws with power up to 15 kW.
SMP22 for wall saws with power from 15 to 22 kW.
SPV30 for wall saws with power above 22 kW.
Available blade diameters: from Ø 450 mm to 2500 mm.
In the last years a range of tools with positioned diamond segments has been developped. This special technology distributes diamonds equally inside the segment and allows the blade to reach higher performances: higher speed and longer life compared to those blades produced with a traditional system.
The range includes a series of brazed blades in three different typologies:
