Since a few years, specialized enterprises are asked to make different kind of grooving on concrete floors and on asphalt roads to lay special joints for optical fibres, roads refurbish jobs and restoring of industrial concrete floors.

The range is made of grinding wheels for straight grooving, in different thicknesses, from 6 mm to 20 mm and beyond, till 170 mm depth. Grooving wheels are available in Ø 300, 350, 400 and 450 mm.

Moreover, Mapex offers a range of shaped wheels in Ø 350 mm for inclined grooving and special customized shaped wheels on request and on customer’s drawing. (Please find some examples in the technical sheets).
